Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Cyraft, we are committed to providing you with an outstanding shopping experience. Your satisfaction, as well as that of your recipients, is our primary focus.
If, for any reason, an item we have sent does not meet your standards, please reach out to us at [email protected] before initiating a return. It’s essential to inform us that you will be returning an item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We sincerely apologize if an item arrives damaged during shipping. While these incidents can occur, we are here to assist you! Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. It’s important to get in touch within 10 days of receiving your order, as we may not be able to process a replacement after this period. Kindly provide us with a photograph of the damaged item, as well as images of the exterior packaging (with the label) and the interior packaging. You must retain all packaging materials and items (including any damaged components) until the issue is resolved.
Returns:
We do accept returns, but they must be authorized by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to returned merchandise unless the return is due to our error. All returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which you received them. Additionally, the return package must be insured. If you choose to return an item without insurance and it is damaged during transit, we will not issue a credit. However, if the returned items arrive in the same condition as when they were sent, we will promptly credit your card for the value of the returned items.
