How can I track my order?
To keep an eye on your order, please visit our order tracking page. Be aware that orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Shipping times vary by product. Most products are dispatched within 24 hours, while our customized items may take 3-5 days to ship. For detailed shipping times for each product, feel free to email us at [email protected].
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. It’s important to note that the tracking number might display a “tag created” status for up to 48 hours post-shipment. This does not mean your item isn’t in transit; it could just be awaiting its next scan at a delivery center.
What is the status of my order?
You can always check the status of your order using our order tracking page.
Here are some potential delivery statuses and their meanings:
- In Progress: Your order is being prepared at the warehouse.
- Partially Shipped: Some items from your order have been dispatched.
- Shipped: Your package has been collected by the courier, and you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
- Delivery Attempted: The courier was unable to deliver the package, possibly due to an incorrect address, for this situation, don’t hesitate to get in touch with [email protected].
- Delivered: Your order has reached its destination.
- Returned: One or more items have been returned.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping generally takes 7-10 business days. For faster delivery, please select an express shipping option.
After placing your order, expect a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours (except for customized and handmade items). You can then track your package using our order tracking page. Packages are scanned at various points during transit, and it’s common for 24-48 hours to pass between scans.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order is processed and sent to the warehouse. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 1% fee. Replacements are free but will delay shipping by 1-2 days. Customized and handcrafted items cannot be canceled or changed once ordered.

What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping is available for all orders within the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, but our shipping partners don’t guarantee exact times.
- Express Shipping: Delivery takes 6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed by 12 pm ET (9 am PT) will arrive in 6 business days.
